LactiGo where to buy: the store, the guarantee and returns

Where to buy LactiGo: its own store

LactiGo is sold at its own store, shop.lactigo.com, as a one-time purchase or by subscription. A 100 ml bottle of Original or Menthol gel is $55.00, one-time, as read on October 4, 2026, and LactiGo price lists the sizes and packs. The store is the only seller read here, so no other seller is named. LactiGo documents no free sample or free period of use.

The 30-day money-back guarantee and the refund page's terms

The store pages and the checkout badge show "30-Day Money-Back", and the home page FAQ applies it to the first bottle of a first order. On the refund page the buyer keeps the bottle, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

LactiGo's refund page offers a refund claimable for up to two months only to first-time customers who ordered one bottle, and a 30-day return window on other orders, while its FAQ promises a full refund within 30 days on any order, so plan on the refund page's wording.

Returns on other orders

For other orders the refund page allows 30 days from receipt to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and backed by proof of purchase, and sale items are excluded. Returns go to the warehouse closest to you after a request, and an approved refund goes back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Two different support mailboxes appear on LactiGo's pages, so contact LactiGo support to start a return.

LactiGo's refund page promises a 30-day return window on other orders yet also lists personal care goods among items that cannot be returned, so ask support before assuming a gel can be returned.

Subscriptions, shipping and what is not published

A subscription is charged automatically on the delivery schedule you choose until you cancel, and LactiGo says there is no minimum term. Its pages do not say whether the guarantee or returns cover subscription orders.

For a US order, LactiGo's FAQ says processing takes 2 business days and delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after that. Shipping is calculated at checkout and no shipping price is published.

Pick LactiGo's own store for the gels from the maker with the first-bottle guarantee. Pick PR Lotion for a sodium bicarbonate lotion: Momentous's page shows its own 30-day money-back guarantee and free shipping on US orders from $99. For the product itself, see the LactiGo review and is LactiGo safe.
